I've been designing and building web applications for six years, from prototype to production.

My home turf: end-to-end TypeScript, well-typed APIs and interfaces that get to the point. I like simple architectures that survive growing teams.

Currently looking for freelance work on product-focused web apps — ideally with a real UX component.

Featured project

Shared budgeting for flatmates, minus the headache

Flatshares track expenses in WhatsApp threads and wobbly spreadsheets. Nobody knows who owes what, and month-end always turns into a negotiation.
Read the case studyFicelle

The solution

A mobile-first PWA: everyone snaps their receipts, OCR extracts the amounts, and the settlement algorithm minimizes the number of transfers.

  • Next.js + Postgres, offline-first with sync
  • Server-side OCR (Tesseract), one-tap manual fixes
  • Debt-simplification algorithm (flow graph)

My role

Solo project end to end: product, design, development, deployment and the first 400 users.

What I learned

Offline-first is expensive in complexity — I'd only do it again for a real need. I also learned to cut scope: v1 shipped with a single split mode and lived fine for three months.

Fleet tracking for sailing clubs

Sailing clubs manage boat bookings and maintenance on paper. The result: double bookings and breakage discovered on Saturday morning.
Read the case studySillage

The solution

A booking app with a digital maintenance log per boat. Reported damage automatically blocks the affected slots.

My role

Built with one of the studio designers: I owned the entire back-end, the infra, and half the front-end.

What I learned

First real project with non-technical users: half the work is onboarding and error messages.

Pomodoro timer in the terminal, zero dependencies

Every Pomodoro app wants an account, an Electron app and a subscription.
BunTypeScript

The solution

A single compiled Bun binary: tempo 25 and off you go. Native system notifications, local stats in SQLite.

My role

Solo weekend project that got serious.

What I learned

Shipping an open-source tool is 20% code and 80% README, issues and cross-platform packaging.
